By transmitting the order form electronically, the customer undertakes to observe said Terms and Conditions in its relations with MEDIOLAT\u00a0 S.r.l.<\/p><p>Therefore, via the electronic sending of the order form, the customer confirms to know and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to have received further information that is always available on the website. It is compulsory for the Customer to fill in the personal data. DAMAGED SHIPMENT<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"fs_light pt20 border_bottom pb35\"><p>If you receive parcels from MEDIOLAT S.r.l. that are visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packages or packages visibly stained by the leakage from any bottles or other broken containers) you can do as follows:<\/p><p>-If there is more than one affected package, reject the sender&#8217;s damaged packages by signing the courier note &#8220;With Reservation&#8221; specifying the reason. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"fs_light pt20 border_bottom pb35\"><p>6.1 Purchases on the shop.borgodeivinci.com website are subject to the rules of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 and Legislative Decree 21\/2014, which guarantee the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.<br \/>The following are the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:<\/p><p>-to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods purchased must be substantially intact<br \/>-the right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons.
